Abstract: | It is a fact that technology is the science that currently moves the world, and every day new devices and digital systems appear on the market, and among them, some ones will become trendy. That's why we wanted to focus in Android's world and specifically into the automotive world by what we will name "Android Auto". Considering that it is a very new technology, the design of interfaces has been investigated in order to foresee possible limitations and explore new insights and their implications at the time of design. We also wanted to have an overview of the different alternatives and the real possibilities offered by automobile brands in the actual market. If we focus on the purpose of the app, when we travel around, we often do not find leisure options in a determinate area by simply fact that we know nothing or enough about that area or we do not have references. That's why we want to design an app focused on entertainment events GEO located optimized for "Android Auto". This app will offer the user the possibility to enjoy wide range of alternatives when reaching a leisure destination, not only with the main event selected but also informing about pre event and post event activities. Besides this info, the different options available for parking in the area selected will be also provided. |
