Abstract: One of the most representative methods to enumerate the stages of project definition of a computer indicates that consists of the following stages: approval, definition, planning, execution and closure. This final project will focus mainly on the definition phase, and will try to improve your trading approach. In general we can say that defining a project is to analyze a problem in a given environment and propose a solution. Define project is a multidisciplinary task as they have made people with different profiles. Based on these data, it will propose measures to improve the commercial approach.
