Abstract: | This study attempts to define the symptoms and psychopathologies as developing specific subtypes of this group. It is considered the appearance of the Burnout syndrome and Mourning processes at all stages of the role of caregiver. Designing a proposal for preventive intervention of these diseases based on positive psychology that tries to foster positive emotions, optimism and perception of self-efficacy to produce the "engagement" (Burnout opposite effect), with the intention to get results on the preventive effects of Mourning and live the caregiver task as an experience personal growth. To test the effectiveness of the program will study an almost-experimental design "pre-post" with a sample of 60 caregivers of patients neuro-degenerative be divided into two groups of equal size to establish an almost-control group and other almost-experimental. Applied a battery of standardized questionnaires to evaluate multidimensional VD "emotional wellbeing", "engagement" and "mourning". Got enough literature to predict positive results of the implementation of the intervention program, but the high number of components of the variables and the difficulty of isolating them difficult to analyse the data. |
