Abstract: | Given the growth of outsourcing of IT services, it is not surprising the presence of companies that manage the networks and systems of several customers. This forces these companies to use the pre-existing motorization systems of all of them. This in turn produces in the operators discomfort and lack of efficiency having to alternate between them. For example, if there are several incidents in a given time interval, it is very complex to decide on the order of intervention depending on the severity of the incident and the time elapsed since the incident occurred. All these factors make it difficult to adequately comply with the SLAs contracted by customers. The creation of this application, which will merge all these data showing them in a unified and coherent way, tries to solve the problems exposed. |
