Abstract: A proposal from NextDoor, a study of graphic design, creativity and multimedia, has been received through the PSL (Informatic projects specialized in free software) technology consultancy to execute a project from scratch in a new headquarters. The sector to which our client belongs is characterized by the great competition that exists and the monopoly exercised by large multinationals in terms of programs and formats, as well as the lack of adoption of agreed standards. Where small businesses have to provide significant added value to be profitable, making the difference in relation to the current large supply. After an initial study, the main problems to be solved are determined together with the members of the organization: A significant reduction in maintenance costs and software licenses, without losing in quality or performance. A reliable, fast and secure network communication system, as well as the implementation of appropriate IT policies. In view of this situation, a study and subsequent implementation of an integral computer solution is requested. Significantly reducing the expensive software licenses and the implicit dependence that the design and audiovisual industry imposes.
