Abstract: In this global and hyperconnected environment, the aim of the research is to demonstrate how innovation is the main tool available to organizations to achieve competitiveness. Keeping the knowledge at the epicenter of economic activity, this paper focuses on tacit knowledge because this kind of knowledge has a strong cognitive component and is being based on the person's skills, talents, and emotions and in the lived experiences.
