Abstract: My final project consists of the study of the technical aspects and regulations of the accessibility web, focused on a specific type of user, more precisely for visually impaired people. Nowadays Internet access is key for most people and those who can not access correctly those who can not use a page on a normal basis must be considered when designing a web. The purpose of this study is the subsequent implementation of these techniques and regulations on the design of a website that consists of a forum where users with visual disabilities can share any type of anecdote, problem, information or curiosity. The goal of the forum is for these people to communicate with each other and to be able to offer each other support by encouraging cooperation, apart from making a website accessible to everybody. The methodology followed was user-centered design (UCD) with its corresponding stages of analysis, design and evaluation.
