Abstract: The dissertation focuses on two main points:firstly, the need that SMEs may have to have a communication consulting service ( either external or internal) and, secondly, that the SME sector can be a job opportunity for communication professionals. The objective of this research is to investigate such a working format capable of meeting the needs that arise today in SMEs.
