Abstract: From the analysis of all different sources available, UK Government website, European Union websites, it can be deducted that the political power in UK has overlooked the implications of the exit from the EU Single Market and there is no (at least known today and at short term) better option to status quo. The implications on the UK companies and in the UE, are analyzed in terms of potential risk for the supply chain due to the bigger complexity in customs formalities between others. At 16 months from an economical and legal earthquake in the Union, will be negotiator's role to mitigate the effects. The political decision, based on a democratic referendum but biased, where the use of immigration and populism by the opposition party had resulted in the exit from UE of an important member, generating an uncertainty, the change on the legal frame of International Trade and force companies to review Supply Chain processes and business strategies, in particular Tax department and Export department will be affected and should be resourced and increase budged to externalize the work load. This report intends to analyze the potential legal impact that United Kingdom companies need to accommodate and subsidiaries as well. In particular is an internal review on areas of attention for an English Chemical Company.
