Abstract: | In this work we aimed to identify genes in breast cancer patients that were showing alterations at more than one of the considered levels. These levels were Copy Number Variations, Mutations, Differential Transcription and Differential Methylation. This allowed us to see that some genes known to be involved in cancer progression were showing an important accumulation of alterations, while other genes were showing alterations only at one of the considered levels. |
