Title: Adherència a la dieta Mediterrània i incidència del risc de cardiodiabesitat en una mostra de la població sanitària d'un Hospital General

Abstract: Unhealthy diets and lack of physical activity are the main causes of communicable diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases. This study aims to assess the degree of adherence to the Mediterranean diet among workers of a general hospital and analyze the prevalence factors for "cardiodiobesity" risk in this population. A descriptive study, based on a cohort of workers examined in an occupational health examination in from January 1, 2017 to May 24, 2018. A descriptive analysis was carried out according to social and occupational variables.
