Abstract: The objective is to compile scientific evidence to determine which online treatments to improve cognitive functions currently exist for children with cerebral palsy, and to be able to establish guidelines and recommendations for choosing the right program. A search of articles in Pubmed with important keywords was performed. Publications were selected since 2007 to 2017, for people between 0 and 18 years old who used online cognitive treatment. 227 articles were obtained and 8 were analyzed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Information was extracted such as sample size, age range, treatment used, applied dose, domains affected by the program and results of the investigation. Possible biases in which each of them may have incurred were analyzed. This systematic review find evidence of the characteristics and effectiveness of online cognitive treatments in people with cerebral palsy. It is shown that, above all, motor treatments are highly effective through the transfer effect, since they achieve some cognitive improvements, even though evidence on cognitive treatments is lacking. After the analysis, we believe that this type of online treatment as a complement to the usual treatment should be taken into account for improving cognitive performance of children with cerebral palsyand enhancing the development of daily life activities and quality of life, both of them and their families.
