|In this final degree project we have also analysed the natural cosmetics industry. This sector isn't one of the most common among startups, but it registers the highest growth in the cosmetics global market. The increase of sensitization by costumers linked to health security, access to information on the dangers of synthetic chemicals, the growing e-commerce industry and the increase in R&D spending have allowed us to point towards a favourable development of the startups of this sector in the coming years. Besides, we have analysed the public relations 2.0 strategies that follow two Catalan startups of the natural cosmetics sector: Cocunat Natural & Toxic Free and Freshly Cosmetics. To do that, we have located the social media most used by both companies (blogs and social networks) and we have done monitoring posts on Facebook and Instagram for three weeks, It has allowed us to know what kind of content they publish and how they implement public relations in the digital area.
