Abstract: In this project we will see how the tools of Business Intelligence are applied to the industrial management of a company with the objective of extracting the knowledge of the data from the operations department and the data of quality management, from this knowledge and the application of analysis to improve and boost decision making. On the one hand, we will delve into the tools of Data Mining applying classification algorithms, Association Rules and Neural Networks, to predict when it is necessary to replace an element in a preventive way, avoiding unforeseen losses of time and cost increases. On the other hand, apply a scorecard through a commercial tool that allows us to see the evolution of key performance indicators in a dynamic way and in real time. In general, Business Intelligence techniques are associated with sales and marketing, where great results have been obtained, with this work is to demonstrate the techniques of Business Intelligence, in others, to companies, specifically in the industrial field and their processes. Decision making for continuous improvement must be the result of applying the knowledge acquired through these mechanisms.
