Abstract: This work focuses on the search for possible biochemical biomarkers that may be present in readily available biological samples such as plasma, cerebrospinal fluid and saliva. Data from the BioFIND observational study are used and the results are obtained by inferential statistics and R. In this study we obtain the importance of the alpha-synuclein protein as a potential biomarker in both plasma and cerebrospinal fluid samples. In addition, higher levels of amyloid B1-42 compared to total tau and phosphorylated tau are clearly observed. Finally, significant differences between PINK1 and fractalkine are found between genders in plasma samples.
