Abstract: With the passage of time, the brand image or Branding has been taking more and more importance. Today, one of the most important factors that customers / patients have when deciding on a brand is the image they have of it, not only of the product or service that is offered, but of all that entails the brand itself, the tangible and intangible values. What makes a brand been different nowadays are the emotions, feelings and values that it transmits. Besides its credibility, a very important factor in the communicative management of a brand. This is an investigation into the recovery of information related to personal branding in other sectors and the extrapolation of this information to the aesthetic medicine sector. To support a proposal of communication campaign and image promotion for Dr. Cristian Arias, (doctor specialized in aesthetic medicine and dermatology).
