Abstract: Democratization of technology in general and computer science in particular, have highlighted the need to take into account what we call "human factors" when it comes to design and build systems. Today, interactive systems and products should be used not only to perform specific tasks, but also should be plain, intuitive and simple to be used by users... In this context appears this study on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). HCI is a multidisciplinary field of knowledge, because it is complemented by a priori so distant fields such as computer science and psychology. For the computer professional the IPO presents two major challenges: how to incorporate it into the life cycle of applications and how to properly design interfaces, it is how to design and build interactive systems taking into account final users.
