Author: Vera Ruiz, María Magdalena

Abstract: Nowadays, there are constant debates and reports that talk about the importance of growing up in a diverse environment and what it entails. However, it is true that the theory differs from what actually happens in our society and, more specifically, in the classroom. This is why the importance of this research study lies in the need to visualise the need to work on and normalise the concept of diversity in today's society. As has been seen, the range of diversity is quite wide, which is why this work will focus on the contextualisation of a more specific problem, such as analysing how the educational process of a pupil with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) takes place in order to try to guarantee educational processes that deal with diversity, whether due to ADHD or any other type of manifestation of diversity in the classroom, in a more assertive manner.
