Title: Implantación de herramienta de ticketing

Abstract: The purpose of this work is to document the entire process of implementing an OpenSource tool for the treatment of workload (tickets) in a company that did not have any type of standardization or parameterization of their work methodology. The project interconnects all the departments of the company that work independently to establish a link between them and channel the workflow towards a common path, being visible to top management. In turn, the existing documentary deficiency in data protection will be corrected, as well as the elaboration of the different normative documents that affect the company. As a result of this project, the company has corrected many legal irregularities and has achieved that all its information currently has a high level of availability, integrity, confidentiality, authenticity and traceability.
