Title: Plan de marketing digital para una clínica dental

Abstract: The work here presented is the final year project of the masters and consists of the digital marketing plan carried out for a dental clinic located in the city of Donostia. This dental clinic has been running for three years and is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods of the city. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a highly qualified team, with a great deal of experience in the field, it offers procedures for every aspect of dental treatment. The main motivation for choosing this particular business to develop the personalised marketing plan, mainly lies in the fact that it is a family-run clinic which, in spite of being present in different social media channels, is not getting the results it wishes to. This is due to the fact that it is currently not developing or carrying out the strategies and actions which are necessary for digital marketing. The strong competition that exists in the dental sector in our country, and the appearance of low-cost dental franchises, which attract many patients because of the inexpensive treatments they offer, make it necessary to develop strategies and actions which optimize the presence of the clinic in digital channels as a means of mass communication, and which allows the business to attract more clients and stand out against its closest competitors.The digital marketing plan collects the specific objectives and the planning of the strategies and actions necessary to achieve the main aim of the clinic, which is to increase its quota of the digital market and, subsequently, increase the number of patients and sales generated by the digital channels. In order to carry out the marketing plan, both an internal and external examination of the business was performed. Moreover, using SWOT analysis, the current digital state has been studied and its internal weaknesses and strengths, along with the external opportunities and threats have been detected. This helped establish the targets, plan the strategy and actions necessary to achieve the proposed objectives. Consequently, the actions to be taken have been scheduled, a workable budget has been established and the necessary control mechanisms have been defined to ensure that all the goals set out and the actions proposed are fulfilled. Putting this digital marketing plan into operation and respecting the timeline created will allow the clinic to improve its presence in digital channels, increase brand recognition and conversions, and hence generate a greater number of patients and a higher sales volume.
