Abstract: Covid-19 has led to a global pandemic, changing the way of life of society, through correct measures that have had to be applied to stop its effects. The purpose of this project is to know the satisfaction of the workers and the leadership exercised in an establishment considered essential during the pandemic, a supermarket. For this, the FPSICO 4.0 methodology has been used, and with the information of the workers, various variables associated with job satisfaction and leadership have been analyzed. The results showed a tightening of working conditions during the pandemic. The conclusions of the work show a leadership style that resembles the autocratic, based mainly on the lack of participation of the workers, as well as the dissatisfaction of the workers, which derives from the need to undertake a broad set of improvement actions in the domains of autonomy, workload, psychological demand, participation / supervision, and relationships and social support.
