Title: La nueva era de los pedidos a domicilio: La implementación de la realidad aumentada en la empresa Supermercados MAS

Abstract: In this day and age, digital sales and purchase services are the order of the day, and there are not many people we know around us who have not made at least one purchase online. From the elderly, who with the COVID-19 have exercised their ability to adapt and learn with the smartphone, computer or Tablet, to workers, who have seen how their return to work, either in person or teleworking, make it impossible to buy completely and quietly, and see in online shopping an opportunity to meet this need. One sector that resisted change was the food industry. The purchase of fresh products is unthinkable for many to leave it in inexperienced hands, not knowing how to differentiate freshness, brand, model, or any important feature for their purchase decision. The project begins with the harvesting of what has been planted for years, through the implementation of a work philosophy: MAS quality has fresh products as its cornerstone. It is time to see if in this day and age companies in the food sector are capable of managing online shopping in a way that takes the customer experience to new heights for such a basic need on Maslow's scale.
