Title: El paper de les TIC en la didàctica de la matemàtica amb enfocament STEAM

Abstract: In this work the author exposes the state of the question of the teaching of mathematics with a STEAM approach and makes an study of the theoretical framework, paying special attention to the didactics used for its implementation in the classroom and the role that technology plays in it. In particular, she analyzes the benefits of the change of perspective as well as the difficulties and challenges of leaving behind the traditional way of teaching mathematics. Moreover, the author presents some guidelines to design and implement STEAM activities with the support of ICT in the mathematics classroom.
