Title: Percepción de autoeficacia y adherencia a programas de fomento de la empleabilidad: propuestas para el diseño de un programa de coaching laboral enmarcado en las políticas activas de empleo

Abstract: The present study is aimed at investigating whether there is a relationship between perceptions of general self-efficacy and adherence to a qualifications program based on a certificate of professionalism. In parallel, it explores what factors can facilitate a greater degree of adherence to this specific work qualification programs. As a proposal, the study also outlines an interventions program based on work coaching, aimed at promoting the positive perception of self-efficacy and whose implementation allows to overcome the limitations felt by the students and connect with the detected factors as coadjutants of a greater adherence to qualifications programs for employment.
