Abstract: The "Social Missions" are implemented in Venezuela, promoted by the National Government, as of 2003. In terms of housing, the Great Housing Mission is proposed, to build 3 million social housing units, between 2012 and 2019. In Caracas these homes are they are located in the center of the city, taking advantage of underutilized and well-served lands; It makes it an unconventional housing program and, in its scale, unpublished. Venezuelan political conditions have led to enormous political polarization, and a significant lack of transparency and manipulation of data for political purposes. Given the lack of objective data, the research collects basic information and lays the foundation for eventual evaluation, improvement and continuation of the program. A research component is a web page, with a tab for each development, where there is descriptive, architectural and urban data. And a map where the developments are located. The research answers the three most frequently asked questions regarding the Housing Mission, related to the number of units built, their specific location in the city, and who were the responsible institutions. Based on the information collected, a management tool is proposed, in which a set of indicators is assigned a weight according to its impact on the quality of housing. Based on the results of the application of the management tool, concrete actions are proposed for the improvement of constructed homes and for a possible continuation of the program.
