To the other side of the coin, the adverse impact of social media usage in women's health is on rise and is less explored. The global research community is blowing alarm about the adverse consequences of social media usage on the health of adolescent girls. Hence this study intends to review whether social media is a bane or boon to the health of women. Statistical techniques are employed to understand the role of social media on the women's health from the scrutinized 100 questionnaires.
