Abstract: For many years my professional life has been linked to teaching and, after teaching for a long time, I have noticed that continuous monitoring of students is one of the key elements in achieving good results in the study. This was one of the reasons why I came up with a web application that allowed teachers to manage subjects and the ability to interact with students to keep track of them. Given the large number of different tools that could be added, one of the main premises was that the design made it possible to make extensions without much difficulty. In the search I found the requirements requested by the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Social Security for teleformation courses. This allowed me to evaluate what minimal tools the web should have. In the technical part I saw that PHP would be a very powerful language for the task that was to be performed and that in the user interface a little innovation in the project could be added when performing it in Vue.js. The result has been an application with minimal tools but enough to manage subjects, with access for teachers and students, structured using a software architecture pattern called Model-Vista-Controller and with an interface created in Vue.js that gives possibility to add tools created outside the application with few modifications. Finally, we have to think of an application that will be the skeleton of an upcoming version, which will be expanded according to your needs.
