Title: Anàlisi de la capacitació del professorat en l'atenció inclusiva de l'alumnat amb TEA
Author: Álvarez Torrabadella, Romina
Tutor: Balart, Imma
Abstract: Thinking and articulating education from and for inclusion implies attending to the educational needs and singularities of all students, personalizing the processes of intervention and evaluation of their learning. It implies assuming an ethical position from which it is the responsibility of the entire educational community to guarantee the right of all students to access a quality education with equal opportunities. It is in this position that this research analyzes the training of INS Bellulla teachers in the care of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) enrolled in the first year of secondary school. The main results obtained allow us to conclude that a low level of knowledge of the characteristics and diagnosis of students with ASD, the lack of specific training on ASD, the scarcity of clinical and psychopedagogical advice and collaboration among the entire educational community, as well as the application of strategies and educational measures that are not adapted to the educational needs of the teachers, condition the personalized attention of students with ASD and their inclusion in the regular classroom.
