Abstract: | Issue 27 of the Revista de Internet, derecho y política includes a specialist feature comprised of several articles on the legal implications regarding the comments made on social networks and how they are used. The number of crimes committed via social networks is on the rise, on the one hand due to the existence of new platforms that are ideal for perpetrating certain crimes and, on the other, due to the appearance of anonymity that the use of social networks allows. Nevertheless, acting against this situation is not easy, given that one of the main problems relates to the difficulty of proving cases as required for judicial proceedings. |
