Abstract: The Final Master's Degree in Industrial Hygiene in the field of a Nanotechnology Laboratory has the objective to contribute to current virtualized training, a change in the application of the learning of Occupational Risk Prevention, where the legal and formal visa can lead to the essential basic loss of occupational risk prevention to inform and train the worker in how to detect the risks that exist in his workplace and how to prevent them. As the articles 18.1 and 19 of the Prevention of Occupational Hazards say, the obligation of the main head of the company is to inform and train workers regarding their risks at work and on the measures or activities to prevent them, especially on emergencies and on serious and imminent risks. In order to get the training done, it is necessary to make use of ICT technology as the main platform of communication, this technology also allows to apply new forms of motivation, that the end user, who is a student and a worker, help them to understand better what training is willing to teach, since the health of the worker is not a game, there is no a better way to make the student understand while playing, that is why the need to implement gamification. The Final Master's project has as the most important part, the collection of risks suffered by a worker as a laboratory technician during the manipulation of nanoparticles and how they can be detected, eliminated and isolated so that they do not affect the health of the worker. Therefore, the Master's Final Project in Industrial Hygiene is divided into three blocks: a) The conceptualization of a virtualized learning environment. b) A training course and general information that must be applied in the environment of a Laboratory where products with nanoparticles are created. c) A practical case of analysis of a nanomaterial risk used for the development of cosmetics. Finally, the application of Control Banding, as a technique evaluation of the exposure to nanomaterials based on qualitative or semiquantitative methods, is a methodology that characterizes the substance used and the process to follow, in order to make an estimation of the Level of risk, without having to go, a priori, to the realization of measures and samples.
