Abstract: The present end-of-degree work aims to cover all the phases that a marketing department needs to achieve one of its main objectives: to capture customers. To do so, it must know the profile of its typical customer, the preferences about products or services and, finally, quantify the conversion that its marketing actions involve. Specifically, the educational sector and the recruitment of potential students have been chosen.
