Abstract: | Investing in housing or office space to lease is a form of investment that some people use. These may keep track of which property is available or for rent, the collection invoices, and the contact details of the tenants in spreadsheets or, in effect, they do not manage files with such information. This work seeks to provide an option to control the information of rental properties, which allows more control of the lease, taking advantage of access to mobile devices. The main objective is the development of the GestInm system. This system allows the creation of properties, addition of tenants, creation of contracts, generation of invoices and renewal of contracts. All the information entered is stored in a database on the same device, to which the system allows generating backup and restoring said copy. The methodology followed consists of the cascade development, where an initial analysis is carried out, followed by the design of the system, the implementation of the design, the tests on the implementation and its maintenance. The system has been made for the Android operating system, natively, using the Android SDK with the Android Studio IDE, and its classes in the Java language. For databases, SQLite was used as the engine for storing the information to be recorded. As a result, there is a functional mobile application that meets the defined objectives. |
