Abstract: Usually, ski resorts are not fully adapted to a XXI century user's profile. That is why, the main objective of this research is making ski resorts more attractive to this kind of user, developing a smart ski resort concept. To achieve this goal, we will analyze the tourism evolution thanks to new technologies, the needs of snow and mountain tourism and the main characteristics that define the millennial generation. This smart management for the ski resort will be based on the three sustainability branches (economic, social, and environmental) and on connectivity, especially thanks to mobile technologies and contactless technologies.
