Title: Pràctiques innovadores de recursos humans com a motor de canvi organitzacional

Abstract: In the VUCA environment in which we move, organizational change is a constant obligation for the business world. Change as a challenge contributes to the development, evolution, and sustainability of companies, institutions, and organizations. In complex environments, we need to understand organizations as evolving complex systems, with interdependent relationships and dynamic interaction with their environment. If the environment is changing radically, we need to rethink and reinvent organizations, emphasizing responsiveness and speed in decision-making and leadership for everyone. This work aims to describe and analyze the intervention carried out in a service company, to promote organizational and cultural change, through innovative human resources practices. Based on quantitative and qualitative methodology and action research to transform, change and improve as a method, a pilot test was launched with a group of collaborators of the company, making them a pre-test with the Instrument for Measuring Change (IMC), before the intervention, and a post-test at the end of the intervention. The results obtained were very revealing at all levels measured by IMC (individual, group, and organizational), and demonstrated improvements in the pilot group after the intervention in variables such as adaptability, capacity for innovation, participation, teamwork, internal communication or acceptance. The objectives of the intervention were met, initiating the implementation of a new organizational model that will require time and effort by all employees of the company but will serve to improve the ability to learn of the organization, to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
