Abstract: In a world where people are used to travelling to other cities, there is a lot of unrelated information on the web that is shared by many people, without being entirely sure of its validity and reliability. For this reason, one of the main problems that tourists encounter, especially when planning the trip, is knowing the availability of taking public transport that takes them from one point of the city to another and, also, that it has a stop nearby the place of interest that you want to visit to make better use of the time available. Therefore, with this project, we seek to make this information more accessible. In this case, we will focus on the city of Madrid and, more specifically, we will link public transport with the tourist attractions that exist in the city. This union will allow them to know which stops or lines pass closer to what they want to visit. In conclusion, what will be done with this work is to transfer the information provided by public agencies to an ontological model to have all the data in one place. Once we have the ontology defined, it will be populated using a script written in Jena. The ultimate result of the project will allow asking questions using SPARQL queries. In addition, making use of the GeoSPARQL standard, geospatial data can be used to locate the elements and know the distance between them.
