Abstract: In this final degree Project, a web application is developed for incident management in industrial maintenance companies. The main objective of the Project is to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the degree in different subjects, especially those in the software development itinerary. The project is motivated by the need of small companies to adapt to current technological advances, despite the fact that, on many occasions, they do not have required resources to do so. Specifically, the need arises to develop custom software that offers an incident management service to a company dedicated to offering a technical service for welding machinery. The project is approached from a 'Full stack' perspective, that is, developing both the business logic part and the presentation part. For the development of the backend part, Spring Boot is used, which is responsible for accessing the PostgreSQL database and providing JSON data to the frontend, developed using React JS. The development methodology used for this work is cascade development that comprises the following phases: Project Definition, Requirements, Analysis and Design, and Development. The result of the work is a functional application that meets the needs detected and that has made it possible to tackle a software development project in all its stages.
