Abstract: In recent years, and as a result of the deep crisis of political, institutional and economic confidence, transparency has been defined as an instrument to combat corruption and disaffection of citizenship towards public institutions, and in this sense, the basic legislation on transparency establishes a wide catalogue of information that must be actively published on public administrations websites or portals of transparency, and the right of citizens to access public information. The study examines whether the autonomous communities have expanded and strengthened this mandate in their regulatory development, and in particular in the analysis of the active advertising of information and the officials agendas of high ranks and managers with the aim of determining whether they are sufficiently accurate to make the institutional transparency of the public sector effective, and whether the information published in the transparency portals is truly effective as an element of accountability.
