Abstract: The present study seeks to identify, analyze and understand the relationship between the use of ICT and the perception of teaching stress in private schools in Catalonia at the level of early childhood education and primary education. The results show a relationship between the expectations and motivation of teachers in the use of technologies in the classroom and in the center, with a reduction in the perceived stress rate above other possible variables, such as age, sport or training emotional management skills.
