Abstract: The use of specialised terminological glossaries is essential for scientific-technical translation, although translators do not always have access to high quality resources. The creation of specialised multilingual glossaries is complex and often requires interdisciplinary collaboration with professionals from different scientific and technical disciplines. The aim of this study is to create a multilingual reference glossary (Catalan, English, French, and Spanish) specific to Paediatric Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB), which represents a group of pathologies increasingly present in the current scientific literature and that will undoubtedly gain more strength in the future, despite being still very unknown both in the medical and translation fields. The proposed glossary has been carried out following the format of the terminology corpus TERMCAT, through the analysis of different articles, mainly published by Dr. Christian Guilleminault and Dr. Maria Pia Villa, the two undisputed scientific references of the SDB. It includes proposals for the translation of each of the terms in the four languages, definition, and contextualization examples.
