Abstract

La finalidad del presente TFM es la de construir una aplicación móvil multiplataforma, que permita a turistas de todo el mundo, consultar información y disponibilidad de espacios para reserva de barcos pertenecientes a las islas Galápagos. Dentro de las funcionalidades importantes, se podrá conocer la información de cada barco hábil, conocer las fechas de tours y la disponibilidad de cada barco, realizar una reserva directa comunicándose con un agente de operaciones de la Empresa dueña de los barcos, quien asesorará correctamente al turista sobre información de espacios disponibles, itinerarios, y costos. De esta forma, y en el contexto de la pandemia en la que nos hallamos en este momento, esta herramienta pretende ser un pilar fundamental en cuanto a la reactivación económica de la Empresa, acercando cada vez más al turista y otorgándole herramientas con las que pueda adquirir un paquete turístico de una manera confiable y con toda la información necesaria.
