Abstract: The objective of this final degree work is the analysis, design and implementation of a series of balanced scorecards for a VoIP solutions company with the need to be able to exploit the data generated regarding the international calls it manages and help in decision making. Initially, it is intended to exploit the data concerning the international calls that the company manages with the different providers it has and to be able to have an overview of the state of the business and its evolution over time. This project defines the phases of analysis, design and implementation of the solution. The generated prototype consists of a data storage and management system (Date Warehouse), ETL process tool and the files related to the generated balanced scorecards. The prototype consists of a data storage and management system (Date Warehouse), an ETL process tool and the files related to the balanced scorecards generated, which allow us to evaluate the indicators defined in the design phase. Finally, new lines for the future are defined and will be implemented in future iterations in order to enrich the project and consolidate it within the organization. In conclusion, this project can be considered as an embryo within a company without a data exploitation culture that has no company without a data exploitation culture that can act as a disruptive element and help to change the current decision making processes within the organization.
