Abstract: The present work deals with a patient, a male child who comes to consult with his parents due to problems in certain motor skills, academic, behavioral and affectiveemotional problems. After the neuropsychological evaluation carried out, deficits are shown in three main axes: visuospatial and visuoconstructive skills, motor coordination and non-verbal communication, with visual memory, processing speed and executive functions being involved. These results are compatible with a Nonverbal Learning Disabilities (NVLD). NVLD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that is not yet recognized internationally, is not included in the latest diagnostic categories of the ICD-11 and DSM 5, and affects the dependent functions of the right cerebral hemisphere. These difficulties generate academic problems (school performance), problems in social relationships (deficits in social skills, inability to understand social contexts), and emotional problems (for children and families). The proposed neuropsychological intervention based on the results consists of 29 sessions of 60 minutes for 6 months. Of the total of 29 sessions, 5 will include work with the family. The general objective of this intervention is to improve the cognitive functions in which deficits are present and to stimulate the normalized ones to enhance the work with the former. Under the premise that TANV is a holistic developmental disorder, the intervention will follow principles of ecological validity, dynamism and flexibility. We will use pencil and paper, and computer format, PC and/or tablet, NeuronUP and Stimulus.
