Title: Gestión del cambio en proyectos de eSalud: Revisión bibliográfica y estudio de caso
Author: Cano Izquierdo, Mireia

Abstract: The failure of the implementation of new projects in companies is frequent and independent from the sector where it is implemented. However, the health sector is experiencing a time of important changes as a result of the pandemic, it is transforming; in particular, many of the projects that are being proposed and implemented are related to digital health. But is healthcare ready to accept these changes? Why do projects fail? What does change management have to do with this process? This master's thesis seeks to answer these questions through a bibliographic study on the main change management methodologies in the health field. Likewise, a real case is presented to analyze the causes of the low success of the implementation of a tele-rehabilitation project in a Spanish Labor Center.
