Tutor: Almenar Llongo, Vicent
Abstract: The aim of this paper is to review the existing literature on the conversion of bankrupt companies to social economy models, mainly cooperatives and worker-owned companies. Special attention is paid to the role of trade unions in these restructuring processes, taking into account that traditionally there has been a conflictive relationship between the social economy, particularly cooperatives, and trade unions.
