Abstract: The present work deals with a 12-year-old boy diagnosed with epilepsy with febrile seizures at the age of 17 months. At 24 months, after genetic study and neurological examination, he was diagnosed with Dravet syndrome. Dravet syndrome is a genetic myoclonic epilepsy of infancy, in which infants present a normal psychomotor development in the first months of life, which leads to febrile and convulsive seizures of various types. Its onset is usually abrupt and unexpected and the evolution and sequelae of the disease are highly dependent on the patient who suffers from it. The patient shows a neuropsychological profile characterized by difficulties in attention, processing speed, language, visuoperceptive, visuospatial, visoconstructive and nonverbal skills, which have a direct impact on academic skills. On the other hand, there are deficits in executive functioning, working memory and social perception. His behavior is impulsive with problems of self-esteem and social isolation. Finally, a multidisciplinary intervention is proposed, with two 45-minute sessions per week for 6 months. The main objective of this intervention is to compensate for the deficits she presents, enhance her strengths and facilitate her independence. For the development of this intervention, pencil and paper tasks will be combined with games and interactive tasks (Neuronup and Powerpoint). The most basic cognitive functions will be worked on, at first, to later work on the more complex ones, establishing ascending levels of difficulty.
