Title: Presencia digital del artesano en España. “Visibilidad y revalorización del oficio de Maestro Artesano”

Abstract: This work is a proposal for a Digital Marketing Plan for the company Sinequal Artesanía Digital S.L., to º in 2023. Crafts in Spain is an activity that is part of the legacy left by previous civilizations (Celts, Greeks, Phoenicians, etc.) when they settled in the Iberian Peninsula. Currently, each of the 17 Autonomous Communities that make up the national territory has its own identity and competences associated with the craft sector. The autonomous legislations plus those implemented by the Central Government have not managed to unify criteria related, for example, to the trades recognized in the artisan repertoires of each Community; likewise, there is no national census of artisans in the country. Craft activity does not find generational replacement, which is why ancestral trades are being lost, to this situation must be added the lack of greater specific incentives from the Government to promote this sector: also, a factor that has slowed its growth is the health emergency caused by COVID-19, since most of the craft business is carried out in fairs, markets, etc., which were found with limitations on opening due to the state of alarm. Sinequal contributes to the development of the handicraft sector by offering services to promote the digitalization of the artisan, with implementation of e-commerce through its Marketplace www.sinequal.com.
