Title: Subrogación contractual en supuestos de finalización de concesión administrativa y sucesiva licitación. Análisis de supuesto: Reversión de autopistas de peaje

Abstract: In Spain, the high-capacity roads of the State Road Network currently total some 12,000 km, of which nearly 3,000 km are direct toll highways. a total of about 12,000 km, of which nearly 3,000 km are direct toll highways. As of November 2018, and foreseeably throughout the 2020s, the administrative concessions for direct toll highways will come to an end. administrative concessions of the oldest toll highways will come to an end, with the reversion of the management of the of the management of the infrastructure to the Administration in each case, either state or autonomous and a successive bidding procedure for new public contracts, in this case, for maintenance and operation services for these roads, with the disappearance of the toll collection activity. The objective of this Final Degree Project is to analyze in this specific sector, in the first place, the effects that the processes of reversion of toll roads are having and are going to have on employment and, secondly, to analyze, and if necessary, to specify the concurrence of a right of subrogation of the workers who work in the toll road concessionary companies whose contract is concession contract terminates, the activities that are the object of the bidding process after the reversion of the concession.
