Abstract: After the global pandemic caused by the COVID19, various agencies and organizations sounded the alarm about the increase in the number of complaints filed by women suffering from gender-based violence. This research focuses on the exposure of the situation of gender violence in women with disabilities, who work in sheltered employment in the province of Bizkaia, the methodology applied is through semi-structured interviews that were developed within the framework of the employability of people with disabilities, the information collected takes great relevance to discuss what are the difficulties faced by a woman with disabilities in relation to violence. The intersectionality between violence, gender and disability implies a discriminatory situation and invisibility of a group that requires resources and specialized attention adapted to their diverse realities and capacities.
