Title: E-recruitment: Anàlisi de la situació al Principat d'Andorra

Abstract: This master’s thesis evaluates the sources of recruitment through social networks and job portals. It analyses the use of these instruments in the Principality of Andorra and the perception of the HR sector professionals and potential candidates regarding these tools. The introductory part sets out the advantages and disadvantages of conventional recruitment as well as e-recruitment. It also exposes the various social networks, which are currently used as a source of recruitment: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Moreover, it also identifies and explains the main recruitment portals of both Spain and the Principality of Andorra. Two different methodologies have been used to carry out the research in order to ascertain the use of the various recruitment channels in the Principality. The first one is the qualitative: it consists of 5 semi-structured interviews conducted with human resources technicians of the Principality of Andorra. The second one is the quantitative: it is implemented by the provision of a questionnaire to 30 candidates, who are or have recently been in search of a job.
