Abstract: Analysis of the interaction that occurs in hybrid environments, through the case study of a postgraduate program at the Universidad de Los Andes. Hybrid learning is analyzed, as the convergence of traditional learning environments and distributed environments that are offered thanks to information and communication technologies. New ways of analyzing the interaction of hybrid environments are proposed, especially from a qualitative point of view, and the processes and conditions that favor the construction of knowledge are also analyzed.
